The candidate must have strong leadership quality and should be able to handle academic and administrative roles within the department. In the leadership position, candidate must be able to guide other faculty in academic and research. Candidate must be visionary with excellent communication, presentation and leadership skill to lead the department to build a center for academic excellence and research.
